摘要:
肩袖损伤是临床常见的肩关节疾病，以肌腱撕裂、退变及炎症为主要特征，常引发肩部疼痛与功能障碍，严重影响患者生活质量。文章系统梳理中医药治疗肩袖损伤的理论基础与临床研究进展，分析当前研究存在的证据质量偏低、治疗方案标准化与个体化适配不足等问题，并提出未来应加强高质量临床试验、优化治疗方案的展望，以期为肩袖损伤的临床治疗与后续研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Rotator cuff injury is a common clinical disorder of the shoulder joint, characterized primarily by tendon tearing, degeneration, and inflammation. It often causes shoulder pain and functional impairment, significantly affecting patients’ quality of life. This paper presents a systematic review of the theoretical underpinnings and clinical research advances pertaining to the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rotator cuff injury. Existing challenges are examined, including the suboptimal quality of available evidence and the inadequate alignment between standardized therapeutic protocols and individualized patient needs. Looking ahead, the article advocates for the enhancement of high-quality clinical trials and the refinement of treatment strategies, so as to serve as a useful reference for both clinical practice and subsequent investigations on rotator cuff injury.
