摘要:
溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）是一种肠道慢性非特异性炎症性疾病，临床无论活动期还是缓解期均存在证型复杂或无证可辨的情况，中医药辨证论治对UC的临床诊治具有独特的优势，但现阶段缺乏系统的辨证体系。微观辨证法在众多疾病中的应用研究逐渐深入，同样适用于溃疡性结肠炎。文章结合结肠镜及病理、实验室指标、各系统生物组学技术，旨在通过综述各指标变化与UC证候相关性的研究进展，探讨UC微观辨证应用的可能性，为UC中医辨证的多层次和精准化提供指导思路。
Abstract:
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic, non-specific inflammatory disease of the intestine. In clinical practice, both the active and remission phases are often characterized by complex syndrome patterns or the absence of discernible syndromes, posing challenges to syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation and treatment offer unique advantages in the clinical management of UC; however, a systematic syndrome differentiation system is currently lacking. The application of micro-syndrome differentiation has been increasingly explored in various diseases, and this approach is equally applicable to UC. By integrating colonoscopy findings, pathological examinations, laboratory indicators, and multi-omics technologies, this article aims to review the research progress on the correlations between these indicators and UC syndromes, explore the potential application of micro-syndrome differentiation in UC, and provide guidance for achieving a multi-level and precise TCM syndrome differentiation in UC.
