摘要:
基于古今文献开展研究，系统整理瘢痕疙瘩的中医病因病机、中药治疗机制及各类治法，对中医药治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效与分子机制进行论述。认为目前中医综合治法展现出明确的治疗潜力，但尚缺乏统一的疗效评价标准与治疗指南，亟待进一步规范与推广。
Abstract:
Based on a comprehensive review of ancient and modern literature, this study systematically organizes TCM etiology and pathogenesis of keloid(KD), the mechanisms of herbal medicine, and various therapeutic modalities. It discusses the clinical efficacy and molecular mechanisms of TCM in the treatment of keloids. It is concluded that current comprehensive TCM therapeutic approaches demonstrate clear treatment potential; however, there remains a lack of unified efficacy evaluation criteria and treatment guidelines, which urgently need to be standardized and promoted.
