摘要:
目的探究麝香保心丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure，CHF）患者的影响。 方法将70例CHF患者按随机数字表法分为对照组（沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗）与观察组（麝香保心丸+沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗），每组35例，两组均治疗1个月。对比两组心功能［左心室射血分数（left ventricular ejection fraction，LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（left ventricular end-diastolic diameter，LVEDD）、左心室收缩末期内径（left ventricular end-systolic diameter，LVESD）、每搏输出量（stroke volume，SV）及心排血量（cardiac output，CO）］、6分钟步行试验（6-minute walk test，6MWT）、血清指标水平［B型脑钠肽（B-type natriuretic peptide，BNP）、白细胞介素6（interleukin-6，IL-6）及C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein，CRP）］、治疗总有效率与不良反应。 结果治疗后，两组LVEF、SV、CO与6MWT数值均升高，LVEDD、LVESD数值及BNP、IL-6、CRP水平均降低（P＜0.05），且观察组上述指标改善均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率［94.29%（33/35）］高于对照组［77.14（27/35）］（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论麝香保心丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗CHF，可改善患者心功能、提高运动耐力、降低血清相关指标、提升治疗效果，且安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with sacubitril/valsartan sodium on patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). MethodsA total of 70 patients with CHF were randomly divided into a control group (treated with sacubitril/valsartan sodium) and an observation group (treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with sacubitril/valsartan sodium) using the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were treated for one month. The following parameters were compared between the two groups: cardiac function indicators [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), stroke volume (SV), and cardiac output (CO)], 6-minute walk test (6MWT) results, serum biomarker levels [B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and C-reactive protein (CRP)], overall treatment response rate, and adverse reactions. ResultsAfter treatment, both groups showed significant increases in LVEF, SV, CO, and 6MWT values, as well as significant decreases in LVEDD, LVESD, and serum levels of BNP, IL-6, and CRP (P<0.05). Moreover, the improvements in the above indicators in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group (P<0.05). The overall response rate in the observation group [94.29% (33/35)] was significantly higher than that in the control group [77.14% (27/35)] (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). ConclusionShexiang Baoxin Pill combined with sacubitril/valsartan sodium significantly improves cardiac function, exercise tolerance, and serum biomarker profiles in CHF patients, with enhanced therapeutic outcomes and a favorable safety profile.
