摘要:
目的观察浮针疗法联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）的临床疗效。 方法选取60例符合KOA早、中期诊断标准的患者，依据就诊顺序分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠注射治疗，观察组在对照组基础上接受浮针疗法，两组均连续治疗5周。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节量表评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index，WOMAC）量表评分及不良反应发生率。 结果治疗后，观察组总有效率［93.33%（28/30）］高于对照组［66.67%（20/30）］（P＜0.05）。治疗1、5周后，观察组视觉疼痛模拟评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），且低于同组治疗前（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组Lysholm膝关节量表各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），WOMAC评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），两组上述评分均优于同组治疗前（P＜0.05）。两组均未发生不良反应。 结论KOA患者采用浮针疗法联合玻璃酸钠治疗，可明显改善疼痛症状，显著增强膝关节功能，提高临床治疗效果。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). MethodsA total of 60 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for early-to-middle-stage KOA were enrolled and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of visit, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received sodium hyaluronate injection, while the observation group received Fu’s subcutaneous needling in addition to the treatment given to the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for five weeks. The clinical efficacy, pain score, Lysholm knee score, Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) score, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, the overall response rate in the observation group [93.33% (28/30)] was significantly higher than that in the control group [66.67% (20/30)] (P<0.05). At one and five weeks after treatment, VAS pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and were also significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group showed significantly higher scores in all dimensions of the Lysholm knee scoring scale compared with the control group (P<0.05), while the WOMAC scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Both groups demonstrated significant improvements in the above scores compared with their respective baseline values (P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with sodium hyaluronate demonstrates significant efficacy in patients with KOA, effectively relieving pain, improving knee joint function, and enhancing overall clinical outcomes.
