目的通过中医医德领域研究的知识图谱呈现该领域研究现状与发展态势，探讨中医医德研究的重点与未来方向。 方法以中国知网、维普、万方数据知识服务平台为数据源，以“中医医德”“中医药医德”“传统医德”作为检索词，检索时间范围为2015年1月至2026年3月，经筛选共纳入有效文献678篇。应用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对入选文献的作者合作网络、机构合作网络、关键词共现与聚类等维度进行可视化图谱绘制及量化解析。 结果2015—2026年相关期刊论文发表数量呈上升态势。作者合作图谱共纳入310位，发文量最多的是凯文娟，发文6篇；机构合作图谱共纳入247家，发文量最多的是北京中医药大学，共计20篇；关键词共406个，其中频次和中心性较高的关键词有医德教育、医学思想、医学生、课程思政、医学院校、大医精诚、思政教育、医德医风、医患关系等。 结论中医医德研究正处于持续深化阶段，中医医德领域研究正处于持续发展阶段，研究热点主要集中在医德思想的经世致用、从跋和医案中提炼医德，以及传统医德的教育路径探索，未来可基于建设中医医德数据库、真人图书馆等创新医德教学方式。
Abstract:
ObjectiveBy employing knowledge mapping to visualize the research status and evolving trends in TCM medical ethics, this paper seeks to identify key research areas and chart future pathways for the field. MethodsData were sourced from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP Database, and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, with "TCM medical ethics", "TCM medicine ethics", and "traditional medical ethics" employed as retrieval keywords. The literature search covered the period from January 2015 to March 2026, yielding 678 eligible articles following a rigorous screening process. Using CiteSpace (version 6.4.R1), we constructed visual knowledge maps and performed quantitative parsing across multiple analytical dimensions, including author cooperation networks, institutional cooperation networks, as well as keyword co-occurrence and clustering analyses. ResultsThe number of relevant journal articles published between 2015 and 2026 showed an upward trend. The author collaboration network included 310 authors, among whom Kai Wenjuan was the most prolific, with 6 publications. The institutional collaboration network comprised 247 institutions, with Beijing University of Chinese Medicine ranking first with a total of 20 publications. A total of 406 keywords were identified, among which those with relatively high frequency and centrality included: medical ethics education, medical thought, medical students, curriculum ideological and political education, medical colleges and universities, mastery of the healing art and sincerity in medical practice (Dayi Jingcheng), ideological and political education, medical ethics and professional conduct, and the doctor-patient relationship. ConclusionResearch in the field of Traditional Chinese Medical Ethics is currently in a phase of sustained advancement, with studies continuously evolving and deepening. The research hotspots are primarily concentrated on the practical application of medical ethics thought, the extraction of ethical principles from medical postscripts and case records, and the exploration of pedagogical pathways for traditional medical ethics education. For future research, innovative teaching approaches may be developed through the establishment of a TCM medical ethics database and the use of living libraries, among other novel methods.
