摘要:
目的探讨中医辨证药物罐在非特异性下腰痛（non-specific low back pain，NLBP）患者中的应用效果。 方法选取80例NLBP患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组40例（常规运动疗法治疗）和观察组40例（常规运动疗法联合中医辨证药物罐治疗），两组均连续治疗7天。比较两组患者中医证候积分、疼痛数字评分（numerical rating scale，NRS）、腰部活动度、Oswestry功能障碍指数（Oswestry disability index，ODI）评分、日本骨科学会（Japanese orthopedic association，JOA）下腰痛评分、世界卫生组织生活质量评分量表（World health organization quality of life，WHOQOL）评分。 结果干预后，两组患者中医证候积分及NRS评分均降低（P＜0.05），观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者腰椎前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度均增加（P＜0.05），观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者ODI评分均降低（P＜0.05）、JOA下腰痛评分均升高（P＜0.05），且观察组以上指标改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者WHOQOL各项评分均升高（P＜0.05），且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论中医辨证药物罐可改善NLBP患者临床症状、缓解腰痛、提升腰椎活动度与功能，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome-differentiated medicinal cupping therapy in patients with non-specific low back pain (NLBP). MethodsA total of 80 patients with NLBP were selected and divided into a control group (40 cases, treated with conventional exercise therapy) and an observation group (40 cases, treated with conventional exercise therapy combined with TCM syndrome-based medicinal cupping therapy) according to the random number table method. Both groups received continuous treatment for seven days. The two groups were compared in terms of TCM syndrome scores, Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) scores, lumbar range of motion, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scores, Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) low back pain scores, and World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL) scores. ResultsAfter intervention, TCM syndrome scores and NRS scores decreased in both groups (P<0.05), with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than the control group (P<0.05). Lumbar range of motion in forward flexion, backward extension, left lateral flexion, and right lateral flexion increased in both groups (P<0.05), with the observation group demonstrating greater improvements than the control group (P<0.05). ODI scores decreased (P<0.05) and JOA low back pain scores increased (P<0.05) in both groups, with the observation group showing superior improvements in all the above indices compared with the control group (P<0.05). All WHOQOL domain scores increased in both groups (P<0.05), and the observation group had significantly higher scores than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionTCM syndrome-based medicinal cupping therapy can alleviate clinical symptoms, relieve low back pain, improve lumbar range of motion and function, and enhance the quality of life in patients with NLBP.
