摘要:
目的观察疼痛管理智能化方案联合特色中医护理技术在腰椎术后患者中的应用效果。 方法回顾性研究河北省沧州中西医结合医院东院区骨科腰椎术后患者的护理干预效果。2019年1～6月收治的腰椎病患者30例为对照组，2019年6月至2020年1月收治的腰椎病患者30例为观察组。观察组采用疼痛管理智能化方案联合特色中医护理技术，对照组采用常规护理模式，比较两组患者疼痛管理及康复相关指标。 结果观察组疼痛质量控制优于对照组；观察组患者对术后疼痛治疗方式满意度、住院期间疼痛照顾满意度、镇痛满意度优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症少于对照组，腰椎功能恢复优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论基于疼痛管理智能化方案联合特色中医护理技术能够缓解腰椎术后患者疼痛，减少术后并发症，促进腰椎功能恢复。
Abstract:
Objective :To observe the application effect of intelligent programme of pain management combined with TCM featured care in patients with lumbar surgery. MethodsNursing intervention effects of the patients after lumbar surgery in east branch, Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM were retrospectively studied. 30 patients admitted from January to June, 2019 were chosen as the control group, another 30 ones admitted from June, 2019 to January, 2020 as the observation group. The observation group adopted intelligent programme of pain management combined with TCM featured care, and the control group conventional nursing mode, to compare pain management and rehabilitation-related indicators between both groups. ResultsPain quality control of the observation group was better than that of the control group; the observation group was better than the control group in patients' satisfaction with postoperative pain management modalities, satisfaction with pain care during hospitalization and analgesia satisfaction, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); postoperative complications of the observation group were less than these of the control group, the recovery of lumbar function was superior than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionIntelligent programme of pain management combined with TCM featured care could relieve pain in patients with lumbar surgery, reduce postoperative complications and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
