摘要:
通过分析文献,发现目前常用的腰椎间盘退变(Intervertebral disc degeneration,IDD)动物模型的建立方法包括自体髓核移植法、等离子消融术、基因敲除法及机械损伤法。这些方法能够模拟人类IDD的病理生理过程,为研究疾病机制和新的治疗方法提供了有力支持。但目前的动物模型仍存在许多局限性,如模型建立难度大、费时费力、缺乏长期随访等。未来应改进现有模型,提高其仿真度和可重复性,寻找更准确的疾病模拟方法。同时,还需要开展更多关于IDD发病机制和治疗的基础研究,为临床治疗提供更有效的指导。
Abstract:
At present, the commonly-used methods of establishing animal models of intervertebral disc degeneration cover autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation, plasma ablation, gene knockout, and mechanical injury through literature analysis. These methods could simulate the pathological and physiological processes of human intervertebral disc degeneration, which could produce the powerful support for the study on the mechanism of disease and the exploration of new therapeutic methods. However, there are still many limitations in current animal models, such as the difficulty of model establishment, time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the lack of long-term follow-up. The existing models should be improved in the future to raise their simulation and repro-ducibility, and find out more accurate methods to simulate diseases. Meanwhile, more basic researches on the pathogenesis and treatment of lumbar disc degeneration are needed to provide more effective guidance for clinical treatment.
