摘要:
基于中医理论探讨帕金森病（Parkinson's disease，PD）与肝脾肾的关系，指出PD发病与肝脾肾失调密切相关，临床治疗从肝、脾、肾论治，以补肾活血化瘀为主，健脾化痰熄风为法，调肝为方。各医家根据脏腑辨证及理论研究制定方药或中药复方，立法正确、用药合理，取得良好效果。
Abstract:
We explored the relationship between Parkinson's disease(PD), and liver, spleen and kidney based on TCM theory, the development of PD is closely related to the dysfunction of liver, spleen and kidney, based on the theory of liver, spleen and kidney, benefiting kidney, promoting the blood circulation and resolving stagation could be adopted as the main therapy, and invigorating spleen, resolving phlegm and extinguishing the wind as the method, and regulating liver as the direction. According to visceral differentiation and theoretical study, all the doctors have formulated the prescription or herbal compound and have obtained good clinical effects with the right method and reasonable use of medicines.
