摘要:
目的：观察阿昔莫斯胶囊对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后血液流变学及血脂的调节作用。方法：将符合纳入标准的80例PCI术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组40例。对照组于PCI术后给予阿司匹林肠溶片，2片/次，2次/d；辛伐他汀片，40 mg/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿昔莫斯胶囊，250 mg／次，2次/d。2组均以治疗1个月为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察血液流变学及血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的变化情况。结果：血液流变学各项指标2组治疗前后组内相比，差异显著(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较，差异显著(P＜0.05)。血脂各项指标2组治疗前后组内相比，差异显著(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较，差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：阿昔莫斯用于冠心病PCI术后可改善血液流变学、血脂等各项检测指标，降低PCI术再狭窄发生率。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe adjustment of acipimox capsule on hemorheology and blood lipid in patients after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention(PCI). Method: Eighty postoperative patients were randomized into treatment group and control group on average. Control group were administered with Aspirin enteric-coated tablets after PCI, two tablets each time, twice per day; and simvastatin, 40 mg each time, twice per day. On the basis of the treatment given to control group, treatment group were also given with Acipimox capsule, 250 mg each time, twice per day. One course of treatment is one month for both groups, hemorheology, serum TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were observed after two courses of treatment. Result: Indexes of hemorheology after the treatment showed significant differences compared with that before the treatment in the same group (P＜0.05); the indexes after the treatment suggested remarkable differences for both groups (P＜0.05). Indexes of blood lipid after the treatment indicated obvious differences over before the treatment in one group for both (P＜0.05); and they also showed notable differences after the treatment between the groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acipimox capsule can improve hemorheology and blood lipid, as well as reduce the incidence of restenosis after PCI.
