摘要:
目的：观察丹红注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状、内皮功能及血总胆固醇改善情况。方法：将冠心病心绞痛患者60例随机分为对照组和丹红组各30例，对照组予西药常规治疗，丹红组在对照组治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液治疗。结果：丹红组症状改善的总有效率为90.0%，明显优于对照组的66.7%（P＜0.05）；治疗后丹红组血总胆固醇含量（4.64±0.91）mmol/L明显低于对照组的（5.30±0.83）mmol/L（P＜0.01），治疗后丹红组的内皮素（46.61±6.87）pg/L亦明显低于对照组（52.96±5.85）pg/L（P＜0.01）。结论：丹红注射液能明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状，降低其血总胆固醇含量，改善内皮功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of DanHong injection on improving clinical symptoms, endothelial function and total cholesterol(TC) in the serum of the patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods: All 60 patients were randomized into the control group and Danhong group, the control group received Western medicine, DanHong group were given with DanHong injection on the foundation of the treatment given to the control group. Results: Total effective rate of DanHong group was 90.0%, obviously superior to 66.7% of the control group (P＜0.05); TC contents of Danhong group after treating were (4.64±0.91)mmol/L, evidently lower than (5.30±0.83)mmol/L of the control group(P＜0.01), the contents of endothelin in DanHong group were(46.61±6.87)pg/L after treating, remarkably lower than (52.96±5.85)pg/L of the control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion: DanHong injection could notably improve clinical symptoms of the patients suffering from coronary heart disease angina pectoris, reduce the contents of TC in the serum and improve endothelial function.
