摘要:
目的：观察丹参酮注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)的临床疗效。方法：将 100 例老年不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)患者随机分为观察组、对照组各 50 例。对照组常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丹参酮注射液 40mg+0.9％氯化钠注射液静脉滴注，30 滴 /min，1 次 /d。2 组均连续治疗 14天为 1 个疗程，治疗 2 个疗程后观察疗效。结果：显效率、总有效率观察组分别为 72%、92%，对照组为 50%、74%，2 组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。治疗后 2 组 CRP 水平、血液流变学各指标均明显改善(P＜0.05)，且观察组较对照组改善明显(P＜0.05)。结论：丹参酮注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)，可较好地改善 CRP 水平及血液流变学各指标。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of DanShenTong injection in treating senile unstable angina pectoris of heart blood stagnation-obstruction pattern. Method: One hundred patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The control group received routine treatment and the observation group intravenous dripping of DanShenTong injection, 40mg and 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 30 droplets each minute,once per day. 14 days were one course of treatment, clinical effects were observed after two courses of treatment.Result: Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 72% and 92%, higher than 50% and 74% of the control group, comparison between both groups showed significantdifference(P＜0.05). CRP level and allthe indexes of hemorheology were improved remarkably after treating in both groups (P ＜ 0.05), the improvements of the observation group were greater than that of the control group (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: DanShenTong injection in treating senile unstable angina pectoris of heart blood stagnation-obstruction pattern could improve CRP level and all the indexes of hemorheology.
