摘要:
目的：观察大株红景天注射液与芪苈强心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛(coronary heart disease,CHD)的疗效及对血管内皮细胞功能和血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)及丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)的影响。方法：将CHD患者110例按随机数字表法分为治疗组60例与对照组50例，治疗组用大株红景天注射液与芪苈强心胶囊治疗，对照组用单硝酸异山梨酯注射液和美托洛尔等治疗，观察两组患者用药前后临床症状、心电图及血管内皮细胞功能指标血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide，NO)、内皮素(endothelin，ET)，血栓素B2(thromboxane B2，TXB2)、一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase，NOS)、6-酮前列素Fla(6-keto-prostaglandinFla，6-keto-PGFla)和血清SOD浓度及MDA等变化情况。结果：1)心绞痛总有效率治疗组为95.0%(57/60)，对照组为76.0%(38/50)；心电图总有效率治疗组为93.3%(56/60)，对照组为74.0%(37/50)，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2)两组治疗后NO、ET、TXB2、NOS、6-keto-PGFla与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组治疗后NO、ET、TXB2、NOS、6-keto-PGFla比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组治疗后SOD浓度及MDA水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，两组治疗后SOD、MDA和血液流变学指标除红细胞压积和血浆黏度外，其余指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：大株红景天注射液与芪苈强心胶囊联用能改善冠心病心绞痛患者症状及理化检查指标，效果优于对照组。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of sofren injection and Qili Qiangxin capsules in treating coronary heart disease(CHD) angina pectoris (AP) and its influence on vascular endothelial cell function, serum SOD and MDA. Methods: All 110 CHD AP patients were divided into 60 cases of the treatment group and 50 cases of the control group according to random number table method, the treatment group was treated by sofren injection and Qili Qiangxin capsules, and the control group by isosorbide 5-mononitrate injection, metoprolol and others, to observe clinical symptoms, ECG, vascular endothelial cell function indexes NO, ET, TXB2, NOS and 6-keto-PGFla and the concentrations of SOD and MDA before and after medication in both groups. Results:1)Total effective rate of AP of the treatment group was 95.0%(57/60), higher than 76.0%(38/50) of the control group. Total effective rate of ECG of the treatment group was 93.3%(56/60), higher than 74.0%(37/50) of the control group, and there were the signficant differences(P＜0.05). 2)The difference had statistical meaning when NO, ET, TXB2, NOS and 6-keto-PGFla after treating were compared with these before treating in both groups (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of NO, ET, TXB2, NOS and 6-keto-PGFla between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The concentrations of SOD and the levels of MDA in the treatment group after treating were compared with these before treating, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05), the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of SOD, MDA, and the indexes of hemorheology between both groups after treating except hematocrit and plasma viscosity(P＜0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The combination of sofren injection and Qili Qiangxin capsules could improve AP symptoms, physical and chemical exam indexes, and the effects are superior to these of the control group.
