摘要:
目的：探讨氯沙坦、硝苯地平控释片、六味地黄丸联用对老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者肾功能的保护作用。方法：采用氯沙坦、硝苯地平控释片、六味地黄丸联合治疗老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者，观察治疗前后患者血压、血糖、肾功能等指标的变化情况。结果：血压及血糖水平治疗前后相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；肾功能各指标治疗后优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在常规降糖治疗的基础上，氯沙坦和硝苯地平控释片、六味地黄丸联用能有效控制血压，同时起到保护肾功能的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explorethe the protection of losartan, nifedipine controlled-release tablets and LiuWei DiHuangWan on renal function of patients with senile hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: Patients with senile hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with losartan, nifedipine controlled-release tablets and LiuWei DiHuangWan, Changes including blood pressure, blood glucose, renal function and others were observed before and after treating. Result: Comparisons before and after treating had differences with statistical meaning in blood pressure and blood glucose(P＜0.05). Indexes of renal function after treating were superior to that before treating and comparisons showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of routine glucose-lowering treatment, combination of losartan, nifedipine controlled-release tablets and LiuWei DiHuangWan can effectively control blood pressure and protect renal function.
