摘要:
李妍怡教授认为中风后遗症的病机虽然复杂，但气虚血瘀是其中心环节。治疗总体思路是运用现代医学方法迅速缓解症状以治标，同时采用中医辨证论治以治本，药用补阳还五汤为主方，辨证施治、随证加减。用药善于重用黄芪、当归等甘肃道地药材。
Abstract:
Professor Li′s clinical experience and academic thinking in treating sequela of apoplecy were mainly introduced in the paper. Professor Li thought that pathogenesis of sequela was Qi deficiency and blood stagnation although its pathogenesis was complicated. She usually treated the disease with BuYang HuanWuTang, which modified according to syndrome differentiation and treatment, and was adept in using Gansu HuangQi (Radix Astragali) and DangGui (Angelica sinensis). She relieved symptoms through applying modern medicine and treated the disease with syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM as her total thinking.
