摘要:
目的：探讨白银地区气象因素与脑卒中发病的相关性。方法：分析641例脑卒中病人的发病情况、季节分布及与气象要素的关系。结果：脑卒中的发病率随季节的变化而变化，冬季为发病高峰期，约占全年的28.5%，其中以12月发病最多；秋季9月发病最少。脑卒中发病与月平均气温、相对湿度、气压均有显著相关性(P＜0.05)。其中与气压呈正相关；与温度、湿度呈负相关。结论：季节及气象要素的变化与脑卒中的发病有一定相关性。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the relativity between meteorological factors of Baiyin and the onset of cerebral apoplexy. Method: Association among the onset of disease, distribution of seasons and meteorological factors in 641 patients were analyzed. Result: Incidence of cerebral apoplexy vary from the season, especially winter as the peak and accounted to 28.5% of the whole year, in which December was the highest and September the least. The incidence of cerebral apoplexy was significantly associated with monthly average temperature, relative humidity and pressure(P＜0.05), in which it had positively correlation with pressure; it had negative relativity with temperature and humidity. Conclusion: Changes of meteorological factors and seasons have definite relation with the onset of cerebral apoplexy.
