摘要:
目的：观察健脾温肾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法：将120慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予福辛普利，10 mg／次，餐前服；雷公藤多甙片，20 mg／次，3次／d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药健脾温肾汤随症加减，1剂/d。2组均以治疗2周为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：显效率观察组为66.67%，对照组为43.33%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为93.33%，对照组为73.33%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后2组尿频、尿急、尿痛、血尿等症状积分均降低(P＜0.05)，观察组降低较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。治疗后2组尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24小时尿蛋白定量(24 h UPQ)等指标均改善(P＜0.05)，观察组改善较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。结论：健脾温肾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效显著，可较好地改善临床症状及肾功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of JianPi WenShenTang in treating chronic glomerulonephritis of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. Method: All 120 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases each group. Both groups took fosinopril before meal, 10 mg each time per day; glucosidorum tripterygll totorum, 20 mg each time, three times per day. Observation group were administered with modified JianPi WenShenTang, one dose each day. One session was two weeks for both groups, clinical effects were observed after two sessions. Result: Effective rate of observation group was 66.67%, higher than 43.33% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, superior to 73.33% of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Symptom integrals of both groups reduced in frequent and urgent urination, pain in urination, blood urine and others (P＜0.05), observation group decreased more greatly than control group (P＜0.05). Indexes of both groups improved in UAER, Scr, BUN, 24 h UPQ and others after the treatment(P＜0.05), observation group improved more greatly than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: JianPi WenShen Tang can improve clinical symptom and renal function better, remarkably effective in treating chronic glomerulonephritis of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.
