摘要:: 目的：观察清热解毒利湿去疱汤联合醋酸泼尼松片、环磷酰胺注射液治疗心脾湿热型天疱疮的临床疗效。方法：将60例心脾湿热型天疱疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片、环磷酰胺注射液治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予清热解毒利湿去疱汤，l剂/d。2组均以治疗1个月为1个疗程，疗程间休息2天。结果：观察组痊愈率为73.33%，总有效率为93.33%；对照组痊愈率为50.00%，总有效率为80.00%，2组疗效相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。起效时间、症状消失时间、治疗时间观察组小于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：清热解毒利湿去疱汤联合醋酸泼尼松片、环磷酰胺注射液治疗心脾湿热型天疱疮临床疗效显著。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of QingRe JieDu LiShi QuPaoTang combined with prednisone acetate tablets and ifosfamide injection in treating pemphigus of dampness-heat in heart and spleen pattern. Method: Sixty patients with pemphigus were randomized into observation group and control group on average. Both groups were administered with prednisone acetate tablets and ifosfamide injection. Observation group were also given with QingRe JieDu LiShi QuPaoTang, one dose per day, one month were one session and the interval between two sessions was two days. Result: Cure rate of observation group was 73.33%, higher than 50.00% of control group; total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, superior to 80.00% of control group, Comparisons of cure rate and total effective rate between both groups showed remarkable difference(P＜0.05). Observation group was less than control rate in onset time, extinction time of symptoms and treating time (P＜0.05). Conclusion: QingRe JieDu LiShi QuPaoTang, prednisone acetate tablets and ifosfamide injection are effective in treating pemphigus of dampness-heat in heart and spleen pattern significantly.
