摘要:
目的：观察矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将105例患者随机分为2组。治疗组62例，采用矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗；对照组43例，采用常规针刺治疗。2组均以7次为1疗程，共治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组治愈22例，显效24例，好转13例，无效3例，总有效率为95.2％；对照组治愈10例，显效4例，好转21例，无效8例，总有效率为81.4％。2组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：矩阵针法结合推拿理筋整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of massage and tendon-regulation in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Method: All 105 patients were randomized into two groups. 62 cases in treatment group were treated with matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of massage and tendon-regulation; 43 cases in control group received conventional acupuncture therapy. One session was seven times and both groups were treated for two consecutive sessions. Result: Among treatment group, 22 cases were cured, 24 cases remarkably effective, 13 cases effective and three cases ineffective, total effective rate was 95.2%; ten cases were cured in control group, four cases notably effective, 21 cases effective and eight cases ineffective, total effective rate was 81.4%. Difference between both groups in total effective rate indicated significant meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Matrix acupuncture therapy and reduction method of massage and tendon-regulation are effective in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion notably.
