摘要:
 通过醋酸致小鼠扭体、血管通透性、血栓形成实验考查红花和甘草黄酮的抗炎镇痛作用。发现单独应用红花或甘草，无明显抗炎镇痛活性，两者联合应用抗炎镇痛活性明显增强，表明两种联用，具有明显的协同作用，且两者按1∶1比例组方时活性最强。此外还初步研究了其优选组方制备成凝胶剂的抗炎镇痛活性。
Abstract:
 Anti-inflammation and analgesia of red flower and licoflavone was investigated through the experiments of body torsion induced by acetic acid, vasopermeability and thrombosis. It was found that application of red flower or licorice didn’t show remarkable anti-inflammatory and analgesic function separately, application of both suggested notable anti-inflammatory and analgesic function, which demonstrated that united application showed significant synergistic effect, and when the ratio was 1:1, they had the strongest active. In addition, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of optimized formula were initially studied.
