摘要:
目的：探讨自体血回输在骨外科手术中的应用效果。方法：对92例接受自体血回输的手术患者，通过术前访视、术中观察，分析患者手术前后血液成分的变化。结果：术中共回收原血114 080 mL，平均每位患者回收原血1 240 mL,经血液回收机处理后有67 160 mL红细胞回输给患者，人均730 mL，均未发生不良反应。结论：自体血回输是一种有效的治疗手段，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of intraoperative autotransfusion in the operation of bone surgical department. Method: Ninety-two patients who received intraoperative autotransfusion were surveyed through preoperative visit and intraoperative observation. Changes of blood constituent before and after surgery in patients were analyzed. Result: All 114,080mL of blood is recovered; average 1，240 mL of blood is retrieved from each patients; 67,160mL of red blood cells is transfused to the patients after handled with blood recovery machine, 730 mL each person. There is no adverse reaction. Conclusion: Intraoperative autotransfusion, an effective method, should be widely used.
