目的：建立复方红景天口含片中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm，5μm)，流动相：乙腈颐
水(15∶85)，流速：1.0 mL/min，检测波长：320 nm。结果：二苯乙烯苷在0.162-1.944μg 范围内与吸收峰峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999 3；平均加样回收率为 100.34%，RSD 为 1.75%(n=9)。结论：该方法简单、快速、准确、重现性好，可用于复方红景天口含片的质量控制。
- Abstract:

Objective: To establish a method for content determination of stilbene glycoside in compoundherba rhodiolae buccal tablets. Method: Chromatographic column: Agilent TC-C18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm),mobile phase: acetonitrile: water (15: 85), the flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 320nm. Result:Stilbene glycoside shows a good linear relationship in the range of 0.162-1.944μg and integral value of absorption peak area, r=0.999 3; the mean recovery was 100.34%, RSD=1.75%(n=9). Conclusion: The method, simple, rapid,accurate with good repeatability, can be used for quality control of compound herba rhodiolae buccal tablets.
