摘要:
从廉政文化的内涵及意义、积极探索医院文化与廉政文化的关系、将医院管理和文化建设与廉政文化有机结合、医院文化建设暨廉政文化建设取得实效几方面入手探讨医院文化是医院廉政文化的基础。医院廉政文化建设,可引导医院干部职工严格自律,抵制不正之风，营造良好的院风,以提高医院整体素质和综合实力，使医院管理和服务水平迈上新台阶。
Abstract:
Hospital culture is the basis of hospital incorrupt culture, which is explored from the aspects as following: the connotation and meaning of incorrupt culture, probe in the relationship between hospital and incorrupt culture actively, combination of hospital management, cultural construction and incorrupt culture and substantial culture of incorrupt culture. Hospital incorrupt culture construction can guide hospital cadres and staffs self-discipline, provide good atmosphere to improve the overall quality and comprehensive strength, which can lead hospital management and service to a new level.
