摘要:
目的：观察点按枕下三角治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：选择诊断明确的颈椎病患者 160例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用点按枕下三角的治疗方法，对照组采用针灸治疗方法，治疗 15 天后观察相关指标变化。结果：治疗后 2 组患者在眩晕程度、频率和持续时间上有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组收缩期血流速度(VS)、舒张期血流速度(VD)及平均血流速度(VM)值显著上升，脉动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)值显著下降(P＜0.01)；对照组 VD 及 VM 值上升(P＜0.05)。治疗后 2 组血流参数值均有所改善，但治疗组改善更明显，与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)；治疗组有效率为 91.25%，明显高于对照组 76.25%。结论：点按枕下三角治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效可靠。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of point-pressing at suboccipital triangle for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method: All 160 patients were randomly allocated into therapy group and control group. Therapy group received point-pressing at suboccipital triangle and control group were given with acupuncture. Changes of related indexes were observed after treating for 15 days. Result: The comparison between both groups after treating demonstrated statistical meaning in the degree, frequency and lasting time of vertigo (P＜0.05);VS, VD and VM of therapy group rose significantly while PI and RI dropped remarkably (P＜ 0.01); VD and VM of control group went up (P＜ 0.05). Hemodynamic parameters of both groups improved after treating, Therapy group improved obviously and it showed significant difference compared with control group (P＜ 0.05); effective rate of therapy group was 91.25%, higher than 76.25% of control group. Conclusion: Point-pressing at suboccipital triangle is effective in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
