摘要:
目的：探究穴位艾灸对老年髋部骨折术后凝血指标的影响，以减少下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，并作为一种技术和诊疗常规在临床推广。方法：选择符合纳入标准的老年患者 32 例，随机分为试验组 15 例，在骨科常规手术治疗的基础上予穴位艾灸治疗，对照组 17 例予骨科常规手术治疗，对比治疗前后凝血四项、D－二聚体等凝血指标的变化。结果：试验组和对照组治疗前后凝血四项、D－二聚体等临床指标存在差异，具 有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：穴位艾灸对老年髋部骨折患者凝血指标有改善作用，能减少下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，可作为一种可靠的临床诊疗常规进一步推广。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of acupoints moxa-moxibustion on blood coagulation indexes of senile patients with hip fracture surgery to reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities and promote the use as the technique, diagnosis and treatment. Method: Thirty-two senile patients were randomly divided into 15 cases in test group and 17 cases in control group. Test group received routine treatment and acupoints moxa-moxibustion while control group were given with routine treatment. Changes of blood coagulation including PT, APTT, TT and FIB, D-dimer were compared between before and after treating. Result: Comparison between test group and control group had statistical meaning in four items of blood coagulation and D-dimer (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupoints moxa-moxibustion can improve blood coagulation indexes in senile patients with hip fracture and reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities.
