摘要:
从制定实施“三零管理”方案及制定病区“三零管理”积分管理办法 2 方面入手探讨调动、激励护士积极性、提高患者满意度的护理管理方法，为病区优质护理服务的深入、科学、规范开展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Nursing management, which could stimulate the nurses and raise the satisfactory degree, was discussed from the establishment and implementation of "three zeros management", as well as scale management of "three zeros mode", therefore, it can provide the reference for the launch of quality nursing service.
