摘要:
目的：了解患者在中药使用过程中存在的问题，以利于提高中药疗效。方法：采取方便抽样和个别访谈法，调查了597例门诊患者。结果：不同特征患者对中药服用指导的必要性、服用中草药的常见问题及希望了解的信息等认知情况存在很大差异性。结论：认真对待患者服用中药应当掌握的知识需求，对不同特征患者进行有效沟通、教育和帮助，最大程度提高中医的临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify the problems of patients taking the medicine in order to improve clinical effects of TCM. Method: All 597 outpatients were investigated with sampling and individual interviewing. Result:Significant difference existed in different patients忆 cognition to the necessity of taking the medicine, the common problems and demand to the information when taking the medicine. Conclusion: We should take the demand seriously when the patients are taking the medicine, Effective communication, education and help given to patients with different features can improve curative effects of TCM to a large extent.
