摘要:
目的：观察梅花针叩刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：将符合病例诊断、纳入、排除标准的80例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。2组均给予中西药物常规治疗，观察组同时给予梅花针叩刺治疗，1次/d。2组均以治疗10天为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治愈率观察组为72.50%，对照组为55.00%，2组相比有明显差异(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为95.00%，对照组为82.50%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。面部表情失调，双眼、口唇不能闭严，进食时腮内存留食物，言语不清等临床症状积分2组治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05)，且观察组降低较对照组显著(P＜0.05)。结论：梅花针叩刺治疗顽固性面瘫临床疗效显著，症状改善明显。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify clinical effect of tapping needling with plum-blossom needle for intractable facial paralysis. Method: Eighty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups received routine treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, observation group received tapping needling with plum-blossom needle, once each day. Ten days were one course of therapy for both groups,clinical effects were observed after three courses of therapy. Result: Cure rates of observation group and control group were72.50%and55.00%respectively,comparisonofboth groups demonstratedsignificant difference (P＜0.05).Total effective rates of observation group and control group were 95.00% and 82.50% respectively, comparison of both groups showed significant difference (P＜0.05).Symptom scale of both groups after treating decreased greater than before treating in facial expression imbalance, eyes misclosure, lip misclosure, food residue left in the gill when taking food,slurredspeech (P＜0.05),observationgroupdecreasedgreaterthancontrolgroup (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tapping needling with plum-blossom needle is effective for intractable facial paralysis and can improve symptom remarkably.
