摘要:
目的：探讨腹部手术后胃轻瘫综合征(Gastroparesissyndrome，PGS)的护理方法。方法：对15例PGS患者给予包括心理、中药和肠内肠外营养等方面的护理。结果：15例患者均恢复良好。结论：对PGS患者采取心理、中药和肠内肠外营养等护理措施，可明显缩短疗程，有助于患者早日康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify the nursing method for postoperative gastro paresis syndrome (PGS) after abdominal surgery. Method: Fifteen PGS patients were administered with psychological nursing, traditional Chinese medicine, enteral and parenteral nutrition. Result: All 15 patients made good recovery. Conclusion: Nursing methods which include psychological nursing, TCM, enteral and parenteral nutrition could obviously shorten the length of the course of treatment and is helpful to the early recovery of the patients.
