目的:比较藏菖蒲栽培品和野生品的异同,评价藏菖蒲栽培品的品质。方法:采用性状、显微、薄层鉴别及含量测定方法比较藏菖蒲栽培品和野生品的异同。结果:栽培品在性状、显微特征等方面与野生品略有差别;栽培品薄层鉴别主斑点与对照药材一致;而栽培品中α-细辛脑含量高于甘南野生品。结论:藏菖蒲栽培品与野生品鉴别特征、主要指标成分相似,具有开发和深入研究的价值。
- Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the properties of cultivated ZangChangPu (Rhizoma acori calami) through comparing the differences and similarities of cultivated and wild ones. Method: The differences and similarities of cultivated and wild ZangChangPu were compared with the methods of characters, microscope, thin layer identification and content determination. Result: Cultivated one was different from the wild one in character, microscopic feature slightly; principal spots of thin layer identification in cultivated one were the same with the control species;α-Asarone contents in cultivated one were higher than wild one from Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture. Conclusion: Identified characters and main indexes of cultivated ZangChangPu are similar to the wild one, worthy of development and further study.
