摘要:
目的：观察循证护理在心血管疾病治疗中的作用。方法：将200例心血管疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予循证护理。结果：2组患者便秘、下肢深静脉血栓、睡眠不足、输液反应发生情况相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。患者满意率观察组为100.00%，对照组为83.00%，观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：循证护理有助于减少心血管疾病患者便秘、下肢深静脉血栓、睡眠不足、输液反应的发生，有助于提高护理满意率。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the roles of evidence-based nursing played in the treatment for cardiovascular diseases. Method: All 200 patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group equally. The patients in the control group were given with routine nursing and the observation group with evidence-based nursing. Result: The differences between both groups showed statistical meaning in constipation, deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, sleep lack and infusion reaction(P＜0.05). Satisfactory rate of the observation group was 100.00%, obviously higher than 83.00% of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing is helpful to reduce the incidence of constipation, deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, sleep lack and infusion reaction and improve satisfactory rate of the nursing.
