摘要:
目的：探讨高龄患者全麻苏醒期的护理方法。方法：对120例进行全麻手术的患者在苏醒期给予一般护理、呼吸道护理、体温护理、循环系统护理、疼痛护理、心理护理及其他护理等一系列护理措施。结果：89例患者麻醉恢复期并发症以循环、呼吸及神经系统为主，其中神经系统并发症7例（7.87％），循环系统并发症5例（5.61％），呼吸系统并发症3例（3.37％），其他12例（13.48％）。结论：苏醒期给予一般护理、呼吸道护理、体温护理、循环系统护理、疼痛护理、心理护理及其他护理等一系列护理措施有助于高龄全麻患者的苏醒。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the nursing method for the recovery of senile patients with general anesthesia. Method: All 120 patients were administered with a series of nursing interventions including general care, respiratory tract care, body temperature care, circulatory system care, pain care, psychological care and others. Result: Eighty-nine patients were complicated with the diseases of circulatory system, respiratory system and nervous system, and there were seven patients with the complications of nervous system (7.87%), five patients with the complications of circulatory system (5.61%), three patients with the complications of respiratory system (3.37%) and 12 patients with other complications (13.48%). Conclusion: A series of nursing interventions including general care, respiratory tract care, body temperature care, circulatory system care, pain care, psychological care and others are helpful to the recovery of patients with general anesthesia.
