摘要:
目的：观察中医护理在骨折患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法：将80例骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组结合中医护理模式进行临床护理，观察2组患者住院时、护理14天后焦虑自测量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自测量表(SDS)评分，以及治疗依从性、并发症发生率、护理满意率等。结果：SAS评分、SDS评分2组治疗后均明显改善（P＜0.05），观察组改善较对照组明显（P＜0.05）。治疗依从性、并发症发生率、护理满意率观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中医护理可以明显减少患者术后并发症发生的几率，提高患者满意率，值得临床研究应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical value of TCM nursing to the patients undergoing the surgery of bone fracture. Method: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group TCM nursing, SAS, SDS, the compliance of the treatment, the incidence of the complications and nursing satisfactory rate were observed at the time when the patients were hospitalized and in 14 days after nursing. Result: SAS and SDS of both groups after treating were improved significantly(P＜0.05). The improvement of the observation group was greater than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The compliance of the treatment, the incidence of the complications and nursing satisfactory rate and nursing satisfactory rate of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing could obviously reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve satisfactory rate.
