摘要:
目的：了解儿童感冒中药处方的用药特点。方法：随机抽取武威市人民医院治疗儿童感冒的中药处方2 575张，统计其药味数、常出现的方剂、单味中药用药剂量以及常用中药等。结果：中药处方中的药味数平均为13味，11～16味的占中药味数的89.6%；使用频次高的是麻黄、苦杏仁。结论：中医讲究辨证施治，内外调护，在治疗儿童感冒中起关键作用，但应注意控制剂量，合理使用，以减少或避免中医药的副作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey drug features of TCM prescriptions against children cold. Method: All 2 575 pieces of TCM prescriptions for children cold were randomly chosen from Wuwei municipal People’s Hospital, the numbers of drugs, the common prescriptions, the dosage of single herb and common herb were counted. Result: There were 13 kinds of drugs in one piece of prescription on average, and the prescriptions with 11 to 16 kinds of drugs reached 89.6%; the high frequency used drugs were MaHuang (Chinese Ephedra) and KuXingRen(semen armeniacae amarae). Conclusion: Syndrome differentiation and treatment, internal and external adjustment are the main principles of TCM, TCM is playing a key role in treating children cold. We should pay attention to control the dose, use the herb rationally, try to reduce and avoid side effects of TCM.
