摘要:
目的：观察中医拔罐治疗小儿外感咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选取60例小儿外感咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组患儿给予拔罐治疗，对照组患儿给予常规止咳抗感染治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗组治愈25例，好转3例，总有效率为93.3%，与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：拔罐治疗小儿外感咳嗽疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of cupping in treating infantile exogenous cough. Method: All 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received cupping and the control group routine treatment against cough and inflammation. Curative effects of both groups were compared. Result: There were 25 cases cured in the treatment group, three cases effective and total effective rate was 93.3%, compared with the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Cupping in treating infantile exogenous cough could gain remarkable effects.
