摘要:
目的：观察独一味滴丸治疗阻生齿拔除术后并发症的临床疗效。方法：将62例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各31例。2组均在拔牙术后进行创面常规处理。治疗组术后口服独一味滴丸，疗程3～5天；对照组口服甲硝唑，疗程5～7天。在服药3天后依据拔牙创面有无疼痛、出血和创面感染情况评价疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.55%，对照组为77.42%，2组相比差异显著。结论：独一味滴丸治疗阻生齿拔除术后并发症疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of DuYiWei dripping pills in treating the complications after impacted tooth extraction. Method: All 62 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were administered with wound routine treatment after tooth extraction. The treatment group took DuYiWei dripping pills, the course of the treatment was three to five days; the control group oral metronidazole for five to seven days. Clinical effects were evaluated after medicated for three days according to the pain, bleeding and wound infection after the extraction. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%, higher than 77.42% of the control group with significant difference. Conclusion: DuYiWei dripping pills are effective in treating the complications after impacted tooth extraction.
