摘要:
目的：观察中药联合阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将96例急性肠炎患者随机分为对照组、治疗组各48例。2组均给予止吐、解痉、纠正水电解质平衡等对症治疗，并嘱患者注意饮食。对照组同时给予阿奇霉素注射液0.5 g+250 mL0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉滴注，1次/d，3天为1个疗程。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟中药，1剂/d，早晚各服1次。2组均以治疗3天为1个疗程。结果：总有效率观察组为97.92%，对照组为87.50%。2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组症状、体征改善及消失时间均短于对照组，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：中药联合阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎临床疗效显著，可缩短病程。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of herbs and azithromycin injection in treating acute enteritis. Method: All 96 patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group. Both groups were given with corresponding treatment of antiemetic, spasmolysis and correcting water-electrolyte balance, ordered to pay attention to the food and water. The control group received intravenous dripping of azithromycin injection, 0.5g, 0.9% physiological saline injection, 250 mL, once per day. The observation group took self-made herbs on the foundation of former therapy, one dose per day, taken in the morning and evening. Three days were one course of treatment and both groups were treated for one course of treatment. Result: Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%, higher than 87.50% of the control group. The difference was significant between both groups (P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in the symptom, the improvement of body sign and disappearing time, the difference was significant between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM combined with azithromycin injection are effective in treating acute enteritis, which could shorten the course of the disease.
