摘要:
目的：观察易黄汤联合菌必治、替硝唑治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例急性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例，2组均给予菌必治、替硝唑等西药常规治疗，治疗组同时给予易黄汤，每日1剂，水煎分服。2组均以治疗7天为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。观察2组患者治疗后体温恢复正常时间、症状消失时间、住院时间及临床疗效。结果：观察组治愈率为57.50%，总有效率为97.50%；对照组治愈率为40.00%，总有效率为80.00%。2组临床疗效相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。体温恢复正常时间、症状消失时间、住院时间观察组均短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：易黄汤联合菌必治、替硝唑治疗急性盆腔炎临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of YiHuangTang, ceftriaxone sodium and tinidazole in the treatment for acute pelvic inflammation. Method: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were given with routine treatment of ceftriaxone sodium and tinidazole, the treatment group took YiHuangTang, one dose per day, water decocted. Seven days were one course of treatment, and clinical effects were observed after one course of treatment as well as time of body temperature return to normal, disappearing time of symptom and hospitalization time of both groups after treating. Result: Cure rate of the observation group was 57.50%, total effective rate 97.50%, which of the control group were 40.00% and 80.00%. The difference in clinical effects had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in time of body temperature return to normal, disappearing time of symptom and hospitalization time (P＜0.05). Conclusion: YiHuangTang, ceftriaxone sodium and tinidazole are effective for acute pelvic inflammation.
