摘要:
目的：观察火针高密度点刺治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：将512例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组313例、对照组199例，治疗组采用火针高密度点刺治疗，对照组采用阿昔洛韦注射液、庆大霉素注射液静脉滴注治疗，2组均以治疗7天为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效及临床症状消失时间。结果：临床痊愈率治疗组为95.21%，对照组为61.31%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）；总有效率治疗组为100.00%，对照组为90.45%， 2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。疼痛消失时间、红肿消退时间、水泡皮疹干枯时间治疗组均短于对照组，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：火针高密度点刺治疗带状疱疹临床疗效显著，可快速消除临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify therapeutic effects of high density pricking with fire neede for herpes zoster. Method: All 512 patients were randomized into 313 cases of the treatment group and 199 cases of the control group. The treatment group were administered with high density pricking with fire neede and the control group intravenous dripping of acyclovir injection and gentamicin injection. Seven days were one course of treatment, clinical effects and disappearing time of clinical symptoms were observed after two courses of treatment. Result: Clinical cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.21% and 61.31%, the difference was significant(P＜0.05); total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%, higher than 90.45% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05). The treatment group was shorter than the control group in disappearing time of pain, swelling, blister and rash, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: High density pricking with fire neede is effective in treating herpes zoster and could eliminate clinical symptoms rapidly.
