摘要:
从实验研究、临床观察等方面综述近5年来经前期综合征(PMS)的研究概况。指出经前期综合征的分型以肝气郁型和肝气逆型多见，肝失疏泄为基本病机，大量实验研究对本病的发病机制和药物的作用机制做了深入的探讨，临床上因人而异，对症施治，疗效确切。今后应进一步结合实验研究探讨PMS的微观机制，以及中药治疗本病的微观机理，同时扩大临床验证范围，微观与宏观相结合，以促进经前期综合征的研究。
Abstract:
Studies on premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in recent five years were reviewed from experimental study and clinical observation. The patterns of PMS were liver Qi depression and liver Qi reversing, its basic pathogenesis was liver failing to dredge and drain. The mechanism of PMS and the drugs were explored in most of the experiments, the treatment should be given based on the patients and syndromes, it could obtain definite clinical effects. Microscopic mechanism of PMS and the drugs should be discussed combined with experimental study in future, meanwhile, the range of clinical verification should be enlarged to promote the study of PMS.
