摘要:
目的：观察枳术汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。对照组常规给予多潘立酮、硫糖铝、雷尼替丁治疗。治疗组在此基础上给予枳术汤加味，1剂/d，早晚空腹口服。2组均以治疗30天为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治愈率治疗组为80.00%，对照组为60.00%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)；总有效率治疗组为96.67%，对照组为83.33%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、吞酸、恶心、呕吐等症状积分治疗前后组内相比差异显著(P＜0.05)，治疗后2组组间相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：枳术汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of modified ZhiZhuTang in treating bile reflux gastritis. Method: Altogether 120 patients were separated into the treatment group and the control group randomly. The control group took domperidone, sucralfate and ranitidine. The patients of the treatment group were given with modified ZhiZhuTang, one dose per day, before meal in the morning and evening. All 30 days were one course of treatment and clinical effects were observed after one course of treatment. Result: Cure rate of the treatment group was 80.00%, higher than 60.00% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05); total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, surperior to 83.33% of the control group with notable difference (P＜0.05). The difference between before and after treating was significant in symptom scales including abdominal pain, abdominal distension, belching, acid regurgitation, nausea and vomiting (P＜0.05), the difference after treating was significant between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified ZhiZhuTang is effective in treating bile reflux gastritis.
