摘要:
目的：观察丹莪活血清热组方联合蒸热疗法的临床疗效及复发率。方法：将126例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组(治疗组和对照组各63例)，治疗组采用丹莪活血清热组方联合蒸热疗法治疗，对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液和甲硝唑注射液静脉注射，2组均以治疗7天为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后观察疗效；治疗后随访24个月，记录其复发情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为(96.82%)；对照组为52.39%，经比较治疗组疗效优于对照组(Z=8.24，P=0.000)；治疗组复发率为9.52%，明显低于对照组23.81%( χ2=4.629，P=0.031)。结论：丹莪活血清热组方联合蒸热疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，复发率低。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of DanE blood-activatin heat-clearing prescription and steaming therapy for chronic pelvic inflammation and its relapse rate. Method: All 126 patients were randomized into two groups equally. The treatment group were administered blood-activating heat-clearing prescription and steaming therapy, the control group intravenous dripping of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection and metronidazole injection, seven days were one course of treatment and clinical effects were observed after treating for 21 days; all the patients were followed for two years to observe the recurrence. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.82%, higher than 52.39% of the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group in therapeutic effects (Z=8.24, P=0.000); relapse rate of the treatment group was 9.52%, remarkably lower than 23.81% of the control group ( χ2=4.629, P=0.031). Conclusion: DanE blood-activating heat-clearing prescription and steaming therapy could obtain notable effects for chronic pelvic inflammation with lower relapse rate.
