摘要:
目的：观察中药腿足浴疗法治疗高血压Ⅰ期的临床疗效，评价中药腿足浴足浴疗法治疗高血压病的安全性和实用性。方法：将60例Ⅰ期高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组予以中药腿足浴治疗，对照组予以常规药物治疗；观察2组临床疗效和客观指标的改善情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为 93.33%，对照组为76.67%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后症状体征积分改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，且与同组治疗前比较，亦有明显改善(P＜0.05)。2组在治疗过程中均未出现不良事件。结论：中药腿足浴疗法操作简单，易于掌握，疗效满意，是治疗Ⅰ级高血压的一种较好的方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To assess the safety and practicability of TCM leg-feet balneotherapy in treating hypertension by observing clinical effects of the therapy. Method: All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received TCM leg-feet balneotherapy, the control group received routine medicine. The improvement of the indexes and clinical effects were observed of both groups. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, higher than 76.67% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05), symptom scale and body sign score of the treatment group were improved notably compared with the control group (P＜0.05). They were improved significantly compared with before treating of the same group(P＜0.05). There was no adverse reaction during the therapy. Conclusion: TCM leg-feet balneotherapy, feasible, easy to be operated and effective, is a better method for hyerptension level one.
