Title:: Impact of TCM Hot Compressing on Therapeutic Effects to Lumbago of Cold-dampness Pattern

摘要:: 目的：探讨中药热敷对寒湿型腰痛治疗效果的影响。方法：将90例寒湿型腰痛患者随机分为3组，每组30例，对照组常规治疗（口服塞来昔布胶囊200 mg，2次/d，结合腰围保护）的基础上给予常规护理；治疗1组在常规治疗基础上给予普通热敷，2次/d，30 min/次；治疗2组在常规治疗基础上给予中药纱布袋热敷患处，2次/d，30 min/次；3组均以15天为1个疗程，2个疗程后评价疗效。结果：对照组总有效率76.67%，治疗1组总有效率86.67%，治疗2组总有效率93.33%，治疗1组治疗2组疗效明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），治疗2组疗效明显高于治疗1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论：中药热敷可提高寒湿型腰痛患者临床疗效。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the impact of TCM hot compressing on therapeutic effects to lumbago of cold-dampness pattern. Method: All 90 patients were randomized into three groups, 30 cases each group. The control group received routine treatment (oral celecoxib capsule, 200mg, twice each day, and kummerbund protection) and routine care; the treatment group No. 1 were administered with common hot compressing, twice per day, 30 minutes each time; the treatment group No.2 received hot compressing with herbal gauze bag, twice per day, 30 minutes each time. 15 days were one course of treatment and clinical efficacy was assessed after treating for two courses of treatment. Result: Total effective rates of the control group, the treatment group No. 1 and the treatment group No. 2 were respectively 76.67%, 86.67% and 93.33%, both of the treatment groups were higher than the control group remarkably in clinical effects, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.01), the treatment group No. 2 was higher than the treatment group No. 1 obviously, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM hot compressing could improve clinical effects to lumbago of cold-dampness pattern.
