摘要:
目的：观察针刀结合康复训练治疗腰神经后内侧支卡压性腰痛的疗效。方法：将60例腰神经后内侧支卡压性腰痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用针刀结合康复训练治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗,2组均以治疗3周为1个疗程。结果：1个疗程后愈显率治疗组为90.00%，对照组为66.67%，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针刀结合康复训练疗法治疗腰神经后内侧支卡压性腰痛属标本兼治，患者依从性高，疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of needle-knife and rehabilitation training in treating nervi lumbales rami medialis compression lumbago. Method: All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group. The treatment group received needle-knife and rehabilitation training, the control group routine needling. Three weeks were one course of treatment. Result: After one course of treatment, markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, higher than 66.67% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needle-knife cooperated with rehabilitation therapy could obtain definite effects in treating the patients who are showing high compliance.
