摘要:
通过众多医家对栀子豉汤方后“得吐者，止后服”的探讨，认为其中流传最为广泛的是栀子豉汤是吐剂或非吐剂，甚至还有些医家认为此话是后世添加；指出栀子豉汤非吐剂，呕吐只描述了一种临床表现，并非服过此汤药后皆吐，而吐与不吐和患者的体质强弱以及病邪的性质有密切关系，且栀子豉汤重在调畅气机，若配以他药，尚有发汗和利下等多种祛邪途径。
Abstract:
By exploring “the patients who vomited continue to take the decoction when the yomiting ceased” appeared in the prescription of ZhiZiChi Tang, most of the doctors thought that ZhiZiChi Tang was an emetic, or not, some of them even thought that the words were added by the following doctors; the prescription was not an emetic, vomiting only described a kind of clinical manifestation, and the patients didn’t throw up after taking the decoction. Vomiting or not was closely associated to the constitutions of the patients and the nature of the pathogenic factor, the key of the prescription was to regulate Qi movement, combined with other drugs, there was still many kinds of ways to induce perspiration and clear lower energizer.
