摘要:
从用法用量、主治证候、配伍规律三方面，考证《伤寒杂病论》中20首含细辛的经方及相关原文，提出：1）经方中细辛入丸散剂时日服用量不超过1.05 g，与后世“细辛入散剂不过钱”理论相契合；入汤剂时用量较大，煎煮时间应大于45 min，以达到减毒效果；2）细辛主要用于感寒、正虚引起的咳喘、痰饮、疼痛等；3）细辛配伍麻黄、桂枝等解表药物可辛温发散表邪；配伍干姜、附子等温里药物可以加强温里散寒之功；与干姜、半夏、五味子共用具有止咳化饮的功效。
Abstract:
Through investigating 20 pieces of classical prescriptions containing Xixin (Manchurian Wild-ginger) and the related original texts in Shanghan Zabinglun from the dosage and usage, main symptoms and signs, compatibility laws, the author raised:1)the daily dosage shall not exceed 1.05 g when Xixin is applied in the pills and powder of classical prescription, it is consistent with the later "the dosage of Xixin should not exceed 3 g (estimated) in the powder"; its dosage in the decoction is greater, and the decoction time lasts longer than 45 minutes, to achieve the effects of detoxification; 2)Xixin is mainly used for catching cold, asthma, phlegm and retained fluid, pain and others caused by the deficiency of healthy Qi; 3)Xixin could disperse the external pathogen when combined with Mahuang (Herba ephedrae), Guizhi (Ramulus cinnamomi) and others of relieving the exterior; it could enhance the effects of warming the interior and dispersing cold in the combination of dried ginger, Fuzi (Prepared Common Monkshood Daughter Root) and others of warming the interior; it could stop the cough and resolve the retained fluid when combined with dried ginger, Banxia (Pinellia Tuber) and Wuweizi (Fructus schisandrae chinensis).
