摘要:
通过典型案例，探讨谈升中医师在临床中运用桂枝龙牡汤加减治疗遗精、早泄、更年期综合征、失眠、汗证、眩晕、胸痹、久咳等病证的经验。认为其辨证准确、谨守病机，注重异病同治，一方多用的论治精神，从而获得很好的疗效。
Abstract:
TCM doctor TAN Sheng′s experience of applying modified GuiZhi LongMuTang to spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, menopause, insomnia, sweating, vertigo, chest obstruction and chronic cough was discussed through typical cases. It was thought that the doctor differentiated the syndromes accurately, followed the pathogenesis, emphasized the same therapy for different diseases and appled GuiZhi LongMuTang to different diseases, therefore, the treatment could obtain better effects.
