摘要:
从叶天士《临证指南医案》所载木乘土篇医案入手，总结叶氏对土木同病相关疾病的认识和辨证论治规律：首辨有无阴虚阳亢，次辨病位之在肝胆与脾胃；治疗上总以土木同调为总则，具体有泄肝安胃健脾法、滋养肝胃法、平治法、情志调节法等。
Abstract:
The understanding and the laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment for associated diseases to simultaneous diseases of wood and earth were summarized from medical cases of wood overwhelming earth in Ye Tianshi's LinZheng ZhiNan YiAn: first of all, Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity should be differentiated, secondly, the location of the disease was at liver-gallbladder or spleen-stomach; total principles of the treatment were simultaneous regulation of wood and earth, the concrete contents contained smoothing liver, comforting stomach and invigorating spleen method, nourishing liver and stomach method, common treatment, emotional regulation method and others.
